May 2013: Despite being a busy month for Kathy and Jon at work, we still managed to get
out on the weekends and have fun as a family.
May 3, 2013: Friday evening, we go to the Children's Museum to see the Alphabet Rockers and to play around a bit.
Aurora and Jon liked writing with light.
She had no trouble using these baby chopsticks to feed bananas to the monkey!

May 5, 2013: We drove over an hour to meet up with Peyton and Oliver for a playdate in New Hampshire. Bouncy houses,
climbing structures, video games - this place was fun for kids of all ages!

May 11, 2013: The last day of ballet class at Walnut Hill. Aurora still loves to dance and to take class, and
she cannot wait for the fall semester to begin.
After having lunch in the dining hall, we attended Andrew's 5th birthday party. The party began in the Campus Center with
snacks and some bouncing (we brought our bouncy house), then moved outside for baby animals. Aurora demonstrated how
careful and loving she can be with the little bunnies, chicks, kittens, ducklings, pig, goats, and a puppy.
May 12, 2013: There was a family event and fundraiser for the One Fund Boston at Fan Pier. Aurora enjoyed all the crafts
that they had and eating lunch outside on the water.
She spent quite a while carefully putting together this picture. Her patience and perseverance even amazed the woman
running that table!
All that hard work deserves a frozen lemonade break! While we were outside, we saw an impressive private yacht pull in.
Most of the local kids' musicians donated their time to perform there. Aurora loved the music!

May 12, 2013: Happy Mother's Day! Aurora and Jon "surprise" Kathy with homemade chocolate waffles and fruit. Aurora
did an amazing job putting together the flowers and the card!
May 19, 2013: Elizabeth's birthday party featured pony rides in their backyard!
