April 2011: The month started with lots of snow still on the ground. By the end, spring was in the air and Aurora got to play outside more. Aurora attended birthday parties for 2 different Walnut Hill kids. Although Aurora didn't really interact with the other kids, who all live on campus, she still had a blast playing. Wai Po and Wai Gong came up for a long weekend to visit and to help babysit on a Monday when Aurora's school was closed.

April 7, 2011: The day was warm enough to stop by a playground that afternoon.

Back at home, the snow pile has grown considerably smaller.

April 8, 2011: It's a Gymboree Day! We can be found at "Open Gym" on most Friday evenings.

April 9, 2011: Aurora has a morning playdate with her friend Amanda (from daycare).

Later, we head off to a Walnut Hill birthday party at Jam Time.

April 10, 2011: Aurora likes her Kai Lan playset, but often needs help putting it together so it looks just like the picture on the box.

April 17, 2011: Another Walnut Hill party - this time at a gymnastics studio.

April 24, 2011: Happy Easter! In the morning, Aurora went on an egg hunt around the house.

April 30, 2011: Wai Po and Wai Gong arrive in Boston just in time to attend the Kids' Fest with Aurora. As usual, Aurora enjoys the various carnival rides.
