Awww...don't babies look so calm and peaceful when they're asleep?

This is one of Kathy's favorite photos of Jon and Aurora!


Aurora looks so tiny compared to her crib!


In the first couple of weeks, Aurora was usually only awake long enough to eat...or cry through a diaper changing (who knew getting a clean bottom could be so traumatic?). It was often hard to get photos of her with her eyes open!




Jon helps with feedings whenever he can, even offering his finger (or nose) to placate Aurora while Kathy gets ready to nurse.


There were lots of new things for Aurora to get used to in the first month. Sometimes, she seemd a bit overwhelmed, especialy by all the photos being taken of her each day!


She didn't like everything at first, but Aurora seemed to take to her bouncy seat and the exersaucer mat right away.


It's obvious that Aurora has her Daddy wrapped around her little finger already!
